A lot has changed at SurveyRock lately and we wanted to give you a quick update. Now more than ever it is so important to stay in contact with your clients and customers and gather feedback. What better way than with a SurveyRock survey.

Everything Is New

We just finished a very long project of rewriting all of the code that powers SurveyRock. Everything has been updated to use the latest technologies so that your survey runs faster than ever and it is also now much easier for us to add new features in the future.

Same Easy-To-Use Layout

Behind the scenes everything is different but we kept the same look and feel that makes SurveyRock so easy to use.

Yearly AND Monthly Prices

We now offer yearly prices in addition to monthly ones. By paying once a year, you can save 2 months over the monthly rate (-17%).

Business Account Plan

This feature was requested by many of you. Companies can sign up for business account plans with multiple users per account, individual permissions per user, asset sharing and central billing. Only $20 per month and user!

Mobile Friendly

More and more of our daily lives are spent using mobile devices, both tablets and phones. This, of course, includes taking surveys! Your surveys and questionnaires will now look slightly different depending on which device is used, but they all look beautiful.

Image Multiple Choice Question

This is another feature that many of our customers asked for. A new multiple choice question type with image options instead of words.

SPSS Data Export

Our Premium and Business account plans now have the option of exporting their survey response data to SPSS for further statistical analysis (in addition to Excel and CSV format).

RTL (right-to-left) Language Support

While English is written from left-to-right, there are many languages, such as Arabic, Hebrew, Pashto, Persian and Urdu that are written in the opposite direction, from right-to-left (or RTL). You can now create surveys that are written in an RTL language to support your local customers.
