New Website

As I’m sure many of you have noticed, a few days ago we launched a new version of our website (www.surveyrock.com).  We had a couple of reasons for doing this.  First and foremost, I didn’t like the original version!  We put it together very quickly so that we could launch SurveyRock and get it into the hands of our customers.  It was more important to us that we had a smoothly running site with the functionality you needed to create surveys rather than a pretty homepage.

However, now that SurveyRock has been up and running for almost 3 months, it was time to upgrade the look and feel and content of the site.  We had a couple of goals that needed to be met:  It needed to look nice, modern and professional.  It needed to clearly explain what features and functionality we can offer you and, most important, show the awesome value you get with the Premium plan.  None of that was done very well with the original homepage.

I also wanted an easy way to communicate with our customers and anyone else interested in creating an online survey.  That’s why this blog was born.  Our hope is that this will be a forum to let you know about new features, changes to the site, tips and tricks and anything else we can think of that will help you to make effective use of SurveyRock.  If there is ever anything we can do assist you or improve our services, please just let know!
